Impeccably clean room with a private safe, iron and ironing board, and a work desk for a such wonderful stay during the winter time. Efficient check in and late check out. Nice interior, good restaurant. Particularly good and fab location - next to Porte de Namur. The hotel next to restaurants and cafes.

The hotel had a charming courtyard garden.
Our experience was marred by feeling unsafe in the location, being approached by unsavory individuals . The pool was disappointingly tiny. The breakfast was lacking in variety and was not worth the price paid.

The breakfast was nice, but the smell of frying eggs left my clothes reeking. My friend's room had a dreadful cigarette odor, clearly a problem here. I expected some kind of upgrade or complimentary gesture for these issues, but no red carpet service, just like everyone else. Good to know I'm not special.

The charming courtyard garden made a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures, surrounded by greenery that added a nice touch of tranquility amidst the city buzz. The unique room design showcased a blend of modern and eclectic aesthetics, especially with the good garden view from my room.
Approaching the hotel, the facade felt a bit worn rather than enchanting, and this was more apparent once you got close. The different concrete finishes in the room gave off a colder vibe, and the absence of a fridge made it tricky to store snacks for my late-night cravings. Noise disturbances from the hallway and neighboring rooms crept in during the night, affecting sleep quality-a notable downside given the hotel's vibrant ambiance. The room I stayed in could've used better air circulation. Fans just can't cut it in the summer heat, and I ran into inconsistent hot water in the mornings, more than a bit inconvenient.

Highly recommend it for families
The staff was helpful, especially when we were able to leave our luggage before check-in, that was a lifesaver for us with the kids around,, and the breakfast was just great with many delicious options, like fresh pastries and fruits. The pool area was a hit with my kids, they practically lived in there! It was heated and cozy for a nice evening swim.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but it was acceptable for the experience we had.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room with Garden View offered a charming setting. The large en-suite felt fresh and was well-maintained. Breakfast options hit the mark. I enjoyed being able to cook my own eggs. The nearby restaurants were a plus. The location, about 1km from the center, had a steep uphill on the way back, which tested my stamina after a day of exploring. Having access to a phone charging cable from the staff was a lifesaver for me. A downside was the sound insulation in the hotel. Noisy hallways and neighboring rooms made it tough to catch uninterrupted sleep, which can be a real bummer. Glad to have chosen this spot for my Brussels trip, but it could definitely use improvements in the noise control department.

The hotel's courtyard garden was a serene escape from the city's hustle, providing a good space to relax. Loved the unique room design, though it could benefit from better air circulation, especially during warmer months. The location was excellent, with a short stroll to good cafes and historic attractions.
